Full-time Receptionist/Safe Environment Assistant

The diocese is seeking a seasoned administrative assistant to be the initial public face and contact for visitors and phone callers to the Diocesan Pastoral Center. This individual will also provide support for the Office of Safe Environment and coordinate the implementation of the USCCB Bishop's Charter for the protection of Children and Young People and Essential Norms in all the parishes in the Diocese. Entry-level Communications Specialist-Diocese of Kalamazoo.

The Diocese of Kalamazoo is seeking a dynamic and skilled communications professional to join its Communications and Public Affairs team. Reporting directly to the Executive Director of Communications, the Communications Specialist will assist in the creation and delivery of diocesan communications. The ideal candidate will be a practicing Catholic, posses a Bachelor’s degree in Communications or related field and have a passion for new media. Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred.
